Title	Data Submission: Proteomic Identification of Proteins Interacting with CircRNA
Description	This project submits the proteomic dataset of proteins interacting with the specific circular RNA Circ-018468, identified by ChIRP-MS (Chromatin Isolation by RNA Purification coupled with Mass Spectrometry). The experiment was performed using cell samples, with a negative control (non-specific probe) to ensure specificity. A total of 28 proteins were significantly enriched as specific interactors of Circ-018468. The dataset includes raw LC-MS/MS files, MaxQuant search results, and lists of identified proteins. Bioinformatic analyses (GO, KEGG pathway, and protein-protein interaction network) are provided to elucidate the potential biological functions and involvement of these binding proteins in cellular processes.
