This project submits the proteomic dataset of proteins interacting with the specific circular RNA Circ-018468, identified by ChIRP-MS (Chromatin Isolation by RNA Purification coupled with Mass Spectrometry). The experiment was performed using cell samples, with a negative control (non-specific probe) to ensure specificity. A total of 28 proteins were significantly enriched as specific interactors of Circ-018468. The dataset includes raw LC-MS/MS files, MaxQuant search results, and lists of identified proteins. Bioinformatic analyses (GO, KEGG pathway, and protein-protein interaction network) are provided to elucidate the potential biological functions and involvement of these binding proteins in cellular processes. This public data resource aims to support further mechanistic studies on the role of Circ-018468 and its protein partners in gene regulation.
