PXD066369-1

PXD066369 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleLC-MSMS data obtained from proteome extracted from whole cell lysate and lipid droplet isolated from mice brain tissue of Sham and LCMV injected mice at 2 and 4 days post infection
DescriptionTo further characterize the potential role of LDs in viral infection we developed techniques to cleanly extract LDs from whole murine brains and performed comparative mass spectrometry profiling of proteins differentially associated with LCMV-LDs or SHAM-LDs isolated from the brain tissues of mice. Mice were infected with LCMV intracranially, and their brains were harvested at 2- and 4-days post infection (dpi), modelling early-stage infection, as evidenced by increases in viral load and cytokine expression.
