Title	The role of Tetraspanin7 in Adipose Tissue Remodeling
Description	Tetraspanin7 (Tspan7) is involved in the regulation of body weight, but the detailed mechanisms remain unclear. Here, to reveal the mechanisms, human adipose-derived stem cells were transduced with sh-Tspan7, control-sh, Tspan7-Flag, and Myc-Tspan7 using lentivirus. Following the transduction, adipogenic differentiation was induced and the differentiated adipocytes were characterized by LC-MS/MS.
