Description | Our findings thus far indicate that Ser5 and glycoGag can be detected in the ER, with glycoGag downregulating Ser5 intracellularly through lysosomal degradation. We hypothesized that glycoGag downregulation of Ser5 is mediated by ER-phagy. Thus, we employed affinity-purified MS to identify its specific ER-phagy receptor. |
