Title	Identified small open reading frame encoded peptides in plasma with nanoparticle protein coronas
Description	We identified small open reading frames encoded peptided in human serum with nanoparticle protein coronas method using mass spectrometry. Four nanoparticle material treatments (TiO2, Fe3O4@SiO2, Fe3O4@SiO2@TiO2, NPs-mix), ACN and untreated control were performed with triplicates. The comparision of 96 well plate and centrifuge tube was carried out with 6 replicates and 4 replicates respectively.
