PXD083327 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
Title"Proteomic Remodeling of Outer Membrane Vesicles in Antibiotic-Resistant Helicobacter pylori Reveals Adaptive Stress Responses
DescriptionThis dataset contains LC-MS/MS proteomic data from Helicobacter pylori G27 and its antibiotic-resistant derivatives, including whole-cell proteomes and outer membrane vesicle (OMV) proteomes. Samples were analyzed using an Ultimate 3000 RSLC nanosystem coupled to a Q Exactive mass spectrometer. Data-dependent acquisition was performed using a Top10 method with HCD fragmentation. The deposited dataset includes the original Thermo RAW files together with available protein-level identification and quantitative analysis outputs.
