PXD082998-1

PXD082998 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleSingle-oocyte DIA proteomic profiling during follicular development in mice
DescriptionThis project characterizes proteomic heterogeneity among individual mouse oocytes during follicular development. Data-independent acquisition (DIA) mass spectrometry was performed to quantify protein abundance in individual oocytes and to investigate molecular differences associated with oocyte developmental states and follicular development. The dataset provides a quantitative resource for examining molecular heterogeneity and functional states of individual oocytes.
