| Description | Phosphoproteomic profiling was performed in STK31-overexpressing GBC-SD human gallbladder cancer cells to characterize changes in protein phosphorylation associated with STK31 overexpression. Protein samples were analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry using an Orbitrap Exploris 480 mass spectrometer to identify differentially phosphorylated proteins and phosphorylation sites. |
