| Description | Select HepG2 normal control group cells for the immunoprecipitation experiment. PYCR2 is used as the IP antibody to bind the protein. The gel strips are treated with Coomassie Brilliant Blue staining, and the bound regions are cropped and labeled as P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, and P6. Protein interaction mass spectrometry detection is then performed. |
