| Description | Proteomic characterization of EVs and ApoB lipoprotein nanoparticles isolated via DP-SEC .We isolated EV and ApoB lipoprotein nanoparticles from plasma using DP-SEC. To achieve a more comprehensive analysis, we performed quantitative proteomic profiling to compare these fractions. The experimental design included four groups: FLDL: ApoB-containing lipoprotein fraction isolated by DP-SEC (Figure 2, F29--F32), FsEV: EV fraction isolated by DP-SEC (Figure 2, F34--F37), FALB: Albumin-rich fraction isolated by DP-SEC (Figure 2, F39--F46), sEVUC: Plasma EVs isolated by differential ultracentrifugation (dUC). Our proteomic analysis identified 3562 items (proteins or peptides) across all groups , with the following overlap: FsEV shared 98.93% (3517/3562) proteins with sEVUC, and FsEV shared 88.61% (3144/3562) of proteins with FALB. |
