PXD081181 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleA spatial atlas of the seaweed CO2 fixation machinery reveals a unique Rubisco condensation mechanism
DescriptionDataset comprising pyrenoid enrichment and whole cell proteomics from Ulva sp. collected from Boggle Hole, North Yorkshire. Pyrenoid enrichment, F107, is triplicate data of pyrenoid enriched fraction normalised by protein content to corresponding lysate fractions. For whole cell mass spectrometry, freeze ground powder was dissolved in 5 percent SDS, 100 mM TEAB, pH 8.5 buffer and sonicated, 3 min processing time, 3s pulses at 30 percent amplitude using a micro tip and Misonix S 4000 sonicator. The lysate was centrifuged at 30,000 g for 30 minutes at 4 C and the supernatant extracted for analysis. A total of approx. 25 microg was used for analysis in each sample.
