PXD080975 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleTMT10 quantitative proteomic analysis of depleted neonatal cerebrospinal fluid from infants with hydrocephalus and controls
DescriptionThis dataset contains TMT10 quantitative tandem mass spectrometry data from depleted neonatal cerebrospinal fluid samples, including hydrocephalus cases and controls. Samples were multiplexed using TMT channels with reference-pool channels included across runs. The original search parameters used Homo sapiens taxonomy, SwissProt plus cRAP contaminant FASTA databases, Trypsin/P digestion with up to 4 missed cleavages, 20 ppm precursor mass tolerance, 0.02 Da fragment mass tolerance, fixed carbamidomethylation of cysteine, fixed TMT labeling of peptide N-termini and lysine residues, and variable oxidation of methionine, protein N-terminal acetylation, asparagine deamidation, and N-terminal glutamine to pyroglutamate conversion. The submitted files include original Thermo RAW files, MGF peak lists, mzIdentML search results, TMT channel/sample metadata, search parameters, and derived PSM/quantification tables.
