PXD080894 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleIP-MS analysis of VvMYBPA1 and VvL-IdnDH in grapevine (Vitis vinifera)
DescriptionAffinity purification mass spectrometry (IP-MS) was performed to characterize proteins associated with VvMYBPA1 and VvL-IdnDH in Vitis vinifera. The dataset contains 12 Thermo RAW files, comprising control (CK) and overexpression (OE) groups for each protein, with three biological replicates per group. Peptides were analyzed by nanoLC coupled to an Orbitrap Astral mass spectrometer in data-dependent acquisition (DDA) mode. The mass spectrometry data were analyzed using Proteome Discoverer version 3.1.0. Database searching was performed using Trypsin (Full), allowing up to two missed cleavages, with a precursor mass tolerance of 10 ppm and a false discovery rate of 1 percent. Carbamidomethylation of cysteine was specified as a fixed modification, while oxidation of methionine and acetylation of the protein N-terminus were specified as variable modifications.
