PXD080379-1
PXD080379 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Identification of High-risk Asymptomatic Carotid Artery Stenosis Patients |
| Description | Plasma proteomic profiles from patients with carotid artery disease were generated to identify protein biomarkers associated with plaque vulnerability and stroke risk. The dataset comprises exploratory plasma proteomics from individuals with no significant carotid disease, asymptomatic mild-moderate-severe carotid stenosis, and symptomatic carotid stenosis. Proteomic data were generated as part of a multimodal precision medicine study integrating circulating proteins with CpG sites, and epigenetic age to develop machine learning models for risk stratification of vulnerable carotid plaques and early stroke prediction |
