| Description | To systematically identify protein phosphorylation modifications, we conducted a phosphoproteomic study on three biological samples. The samples were digested with trypsin, and the resulting phosphopeptides were enriched using TiO2 affinity chromatography, followed by high-throughput liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry analysis. Phosphorylation sites were accurately identified by searching the acquired MS data against a protein sequence database. |
