DescriptionWe applied a nucleus-targeted photosensitizer, established a photocatalytic proximity labeling strategy for the in-situ labeling and enrichment of nuclear proteins, and further integrated with affinity peptide-functionalized materials for N- phosphorylation enrichment. This integrated approach ultimately facilitates the in-depth coverage and reliable identification of N-phosphorylation events on nuclear proteins.
