PXD080238 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | STAR Protocols 2026 SplitTurboID |
| Description | Raw data files (7.39 GB zipped file) and MaxQuant analysis files (individual zipped files) for a splitTurboID experiment in HEK293A cells co-transfected with NTD-RRP1B + CTD-PP1g and labeled with biotin for 4 hrs. Cells harvested from a 15 cm dish were processed for affinity purification of biotinylated proteins on streptavidin-agarose beads. The beads were then split in half, with one half processed for LC-MS/MS analysis by on-bead digestion (sample DP1155-6) and the other half processed for LC-MS/MS analysis by SDS-PAGE separation and in gel digestion (samples DP1155-1 through5). |
