| Description | This project contains LC-MS/MS proteomic data generated from an MS2-MCP-TurboID proximity labeling experiment designed to identify proteins enriched in the proximity of the Arid3a 3′UTR. Cells expressing MS2-tagged Arid3a 3′UTR and MCP-TurboID were subjected to biotin labeling, streptavidin enrichment, tryptic digestion, and mass spectrometry analysis. Control samples were included to identify proteins specifically enriched around the Arid3a 3′UTR. |
