Title	ADT proteins assemble as a complex in vivo
Description	To confirm their multimeric state in vivo, we purified native ADT2.2 complexes using a FLAG-tagged bait. Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) of the purified complexes identified all seven ADT family members, confirming that ADT2.2 forms multimeric complexes in planta.
