| Description | This project contains quantitative mass spectrometry-based proteomic profiling data of cerebrospinal fluid samples collected from 20 glioblastoma patients and 10 non-tumor controls. Differential protein expression analysis identified proteins associated with glioblastoma-related cerebrospinal fluid remodeling, including PDGFC, PDGFD and LGALS9. The dataset was generated using LC-MS/MS and used for downstream differential expression and pathway enrichment analyses. |
