| Description | This study investigated the surface protein profile of rat primary cortical neurons cultured for 14 days in vitro. Neurons were labeled with EZ-Link Sulfo-NHS-SS-Biotin in PBS and subsequently homogenized. Biotinylated proteins were purified using NeutrAvidin-agarose beads and subjected to proteomic analysis. |
