| Description | This dataset contains raw mass spectrometry files from mouse lateral septum samples collected after the social novelty preference test. Lateral septum tissues were incubated with synthetic GLUT4 WT or GLUT4 2A peptides, followed by GLUT4 immunoprecipitation and LC-MS/MS analysis. The experiment was designed to identify proteins associated with GLUT4 and to compare GLUT4-interacting proteins under WT and 2A peptide incubation conditions. |
