PXD079756 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Tumor-Infiltrating Plasma Cell Profiling after PD-1 Blockade Reveals Tumor-Specific Antibodies |
| Description | Twenty-five microliters of eluents were diluted with an equal volume of 5% SDS followed by reduction/alkylation and trypsin digestion using an S-trap micro (Protifi). Eluted peptides were lyophilized and reconstituted in 12 uL followed by analysis of 5 uL by a 2 hr microflowLC method using a Vanquish Neo LC coupled to a Thermo Fusion Lumos MS with data-dependent ion trap MS/MS. The data was searched in MS-Fragger using a Swissprot database with human taxonomy and visualized using Scaffold 5. |
