| Description | This project contains TMT-based quantitative proteomic data of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from wild-type and alpha1,2-fucosylation-deficient DFTKO mice in a bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis model. BALF samples were collected from WT and DFTKO mice at Day 0, Day 7, and Day 14 after bleomycin treatment. The dataset was used to investigate genotype- and time-dependent proteomic changes associated with lung injury and fibrotic remodeling. |
