PXD079517 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Assessing single cell derived tryptic digests following long term storage |
| Description | Tryptic digests of single NCI-H-358 cells either DMSO treated or treated with an HDAC inhibitor (mocetinostat) were stored basically at room temperature for 20 months prior to LCMS analysis on a TIMSTOF Ultra2 mass spectrometer. The samples were compared to freshly prepared digests previously analyzed on a TIMSTOF SCP system and separately deposited. |
