TitlePredict-HF: PREDICTing disease trajectory in patients with Heart Failure
DescriptionThis dataset contains deep plasma proteomics profiles from patients with heart failure generated using Seer Proteograph nanoparticle technology coupled with LC-MS/MS. The study was designed to identify circulating biomarkers associated with heart failure progression and recovery and to support development of predictive machine learning models for patient stratification. Plasma samples were processed using multiple Seer nanoparticles, with each nanoparticle acquisition treated as a distinct measurement. The cohort includes extensively phenotyped heart failure patients with associated clinical variables including left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), heart failure etiology, NYHA class, and ventricular dysfunction measurements.
