| Description | Mitochondria functions are heavily reliant on mitoproteins, whose perturbation contributes to mitochondria dysfunction and ultimately aging. However, the perturbation pattern of mitoproteins in subcellular level during aging is rarely reported. Here, by examining the mitochondria and cytoplasmic proteome separately in nine organs, we divided mitoprotein perturbations patterns between mitochondria and cytoplasm into eight categories. |
