TitleMapping Dynamic of Subcellular RNA and Protein Localization and Organization using Optimal Transport
DescriptionWe used samples from six stages of Xenopus oocyte to early embryo development, which are S4, S5, S6 oocytes,eggs, and embryos undergoing cortical rotation at 30 minutes and 90 minutes post-fertilization, respectively. All samples were cryosectioned along the animal pole to vegetal pole direction. For each stage, two samples were prepared, which were used for transcriptome and proteome data analysis separately.
