| Title | Mapping Dynamic of Subcellular RNA and Protein Localization and Organization using Optimal Transport |
| Description | We used samples from six stages of Xenopus oocyte to early embryo development, which are S4, S5, S6 oocytes,eggs, and embryos undergoing cortical rotation at 30 minutes and 90 minutes post-fertilization, respectively. All samples were cryosectioned along the animal pole to vegetal pole direction. For each stage, two samples were prepared, which were used for transcriptome and proteome data analysis separately. |
