| Description | This study aimed to investigate the alterations in acetylation and lactylation associated with lung injury induced by diabetes. A diabetic rat model was constructed by feeding a high-fat diet and intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. Then, lysine acetylome and lactylome alterations in the normal and diabetic rat lungs were analyzed using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. |
