PXD078239 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Engineering lipid nanoparticle surface hydrophobicity to modulate nano-bio interface and enable tissue-selective mRNA delivery |
| Description | This dataset contains label-free quantitative proteomics data characterizing the plasma protein corona of dendrimer-based lipid nanoparticles (dLNPs) with varying surface hydrophobicity. dLNPs were incubated with mouse plasma (C57BL/6, K2 EDTA) ex vivo at 37 C for 15 min, and corona proteins were isolated by sucrose cushion centrifugation. Samples were digested with Trypsin/Lys-C and analyzed by nano-LC/MS/MS on a Thermo Q Exactive HF Orbitrap. Data were processed using PEAKS 12.5 against the Mus musculus UniProt database. |
