Dataset Summary
| Title | Proteomic analysis of 3T3 murine fibroblast used as feeder-layer |
| Description | 3T3 murine embryonic fibroblasts are used as feeder layers to support the proliferative potential of human primary keratinocytes during in vitro expansion for cell and gene therapy applications. To identify signals mediating this function, we analyzed fibroblast protein content using mass spectrometry. We compared the proteome of lethally irradiated fibroblasts used as feeder layers in two conditions: standard quality (SQ-FL) and low quality (LQ-FL) fibroblasts. Our findings highlight differences in extracellular matrix components between the two conditions |
