| Title | Proteomic sequencing of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma S18 cells stably expressing oe-miR-NC or oe-miR-320d |
| Description | The use of a single cell line (S18) is justified due to its well-characterized features and relevance to NPC, but future studies with additional cell lines will be considered for broader validation. The transcriptomic and proteomic analyses were performed using the same batch of cell samples; for each biological replicate, parallel aliquots were prepared from the same cell harvest for RNA and protein extraction. Three independent biological replicates were included in each group (n=3). |
