DescriptionIP-MS Raw data were searched against a combined reference proteome containing the E. coli K-12 MG1655 proteome(NCBI RefSeq assembly GCF_000005845.2), the lambda-vir proteome (NCBI RefSeq assembly GCF_000840245.1), and the plasmid-encoded DRT3 RT sequences (with an internal 3xFLAG tag on DRT3b) with MaxQuant.
