Title	Proteomics of Human Ovarian Granulosa Cells
Description	A total of 8 Chinese female patients undergoing assisted reproduction technology (ART) treatment at the Reproductive Medicine Center were enrolled in the study. Follicular fluid samples were collected from 37 patients with clinically high progesterone levels and 33 patients with clinically low progesterone levels. Patients with chromosomal abnormalities, infections, anatomical abnormalities, endocrine disorders, or immune disorders were excluded. The exclusion criteria for both groups of patients were as follows: 1) age >36 years or <18 years; 2) endocrine disorders, including polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), premature ovarian failure (POF), endometriosis, diabetes, and hypothyroidism; 3) chronic diseases, including heart and kidney diseases; 4) infectious diseases, including tuberculosis; 5) immune disorders.
