| Description | The impact of TP53 overexpression in cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) within hepatocellular carcinoma on the formation of the RCOR1-HDAC1 complex was examined. We isolated CAFs from patient samples and performed TP53 overexpression. Subsequently, we conducted co-immunoprecipitation using anti-RCOR1 and anti-HDAC1 antibodies to analyze the protein interactions with the RCOR1-HDAC1 complex and to determine any alterations in these interactions. |
