PXD077071-1

PXD077071 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleIdentification of HNRNPU-interacting proteins by FLAG-IP mass spectrometry in HeLa cells
DescriptionThis study aims to identify proteins interacting with HNRNPU in human cells. FLAG-tagged HNRNPU was overexpressed in HeLa cells, followed by anti-FLAG immunoprecipitation and mass spectrometry analysis. The resulting dataset provides a comprehensive profile of HNRNPU-associated proteins and may help to elucidate its functional roles in cellular processes.
