Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic analysis of oleuropein effects in steroid-induced osteonecrosis of osteoblasts
DescriptionThis study investigates the therapeutic effects of oleuropein on steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head. MC3T3-E1 osteoblasts treated with methylprednisolone were used to establish an in vitro model. TMT-based quantitative proteomics was performed to identify differentially expressed proteins between the model and OLP-treated groups. Functional annotation including Gene Ontology (GO), KEGG pathway, InterPro (IPR), and subcellular localization analyses was conducted. The results indicate that OLP alleviates osteoblast apoptosis and regulates multiple biological processes, particularly the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway.
