Title	Transcriptomic and Proteomic Profiling of Piroplasmosis Resistance in Yunnan Humped Cattle
Description	This project investigates the genetic basis of piroplasmosis resistance in Yunnan humped cattle through integrated transcriptomic and proteomic analyses to identify candidate genes and proteins. Proteomics datasets included the following: (1) Lancang samples: Fe16CXN_QC1--Fe16CXN_QC3(Quality testing of the plasma after removing the highly abundant proteins before sequencing), Fe16CXN_X1_EG--Fe16CXN_X12_CG, Fe16CXN_Z1_CG--Fe16CXN_Z28_CG, and (2) Mangshi samples: Ff15CXN_QC1--Ff15CXN_QC3(Quality testing of the plasma after removing the highly abundant proteins before sequencing), Ff15CXN_X13_CG--Ff15CXN_X42_CG, Ff15CXN_Z32_EG--Ff15CXN_Z75_EG.
