Title	dda-PASEF based Complexome Profiling of Mitochondria from Arabidopsis thaliana Liquid Cell Culture
Description	Protein complexes of Arabidopsis thaliana mitochondria, isolated from liquid cell cultures, were analyzed using Blue Native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (BN-PAGE) followed by complexome profiling. The complete gel was cut into 40 fractions (4 mm each). Each slice was tryptically digested, and peptides were analyzed via a dda-PASEF acquisition scheme. Data were analyzed with FragPipe.
