PXD076316 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | dia-PASEF based Complexome Profiling of Mitochondria from Arabidopsis thaliana Liquid Cell Culture (Equal Sample Loading) |
| Description | Protein complexes of Arabidopsis thaliana mitochondria, isolated from liquid cell cultures, were analyzed using Blue Native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (BN-PAGE) followed by complexome profiling. The gel was cut into 30 fractions (2 mm each), starting from the I+III2 supercomplex downwards. Each slice was tryptically digested, and 200 ng of peptides per fraction were analyzed via a custom dia-PASEF acquisition scheme. Data were analyzed with FragPipe and DIA-NN. |
