PXD076316 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
Titledia-PASEF based Complexome Profiling of Mitochondria from Arabidopsis thaliana Liquid Cell Culture (Equal Sample Loading)
DescriptionProtein complexes of Arabidopsis thaliana mitochondria, isolated from liquid cell cultures, were analyzed using Blue Native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (BN-PAGE) followed by complexome profiling. The gel was cut into 30 fractions (2 mm each), starting from the I+III2 supercomplex downwards. Each slice was tryptically digested, and 200 ng of peptides per fraction were analyzed via a custom dia-PASEF acquisition scheme. Data were analyzed with FragPipe and DIA-NN.
