PXD076106 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitlePersulfidome of A549 alveolar epithelial cells
DescriptionTo better define the relationship between persulfidation and the cellular antifungal response, we analyzed the cellular persulfidome (proteome of persulfidated proteins) in A549 and in CTH-/- cells upon challenge with Aspergillus fumigatus conidia and/or the sulfide donor GYY4137. All proteins were extracted, the persulfidated fraction was enriched using the dimedone-switch method following exposure to either 100 µM of GYY4137, A. fumigatus conidia (multiplicity of infection 1:10), both, or neither stimulus (±GYY4137, ±A. fumigatus), and the persulfidated proteins were identified by LC/MS
