Dataset Summary
| Title | Persulfidome of A549 alveolar epithelial cells |
| Description | To better define the relationship between persulfidation and the cellular antifungal response, we analyzed the cellular persulfidome (proteome of persulfidated proteins) in A549 and in CTH-/- cells upon challenge with Aspergillus fumigatus conidia and/or the sulfide donor GYY4137. All proteins were extracted, the persulfidated fraction was enriched using the dimedone-switch method following exposure to either 100 µM of GYY4137, A. fumigatus conidia (multiplicity of infection 1:10), both, or neither stimulus (±GYY4137, ±A. fumigatus), and the persulfidated proteins were identified by LC/MS |
