DescriptionTo look at mitochondrial protein solubility - collected mitochondria and have submitted the two fractions (the insoluble (I) and soluble (S) fractions) for mitochondrial proteomics. This was done in WT HeLa cells with CTRL or DNAJA3 sgRNA. 16 samples total (2 guides, 2 fractions, 4 replicates each). CTRL (CS and CI), DNAJA3 (DS and DI) samples.
