Description	We investigated proteomic changes in the livers of mice treated with CGI-58 ASO or Cideb ASO under CDAHFD feeding conditions. The study included the following comparisons: (1) mice treated with CGI-58 ASO under CDAHFD conditions (n = 6) versus mice treated with control ASO under CDAHFD conditions (n = 6); (2) mice treated with Cideb ASO under CDAHFD conditions (n = 6) versus mice treated with control ASO under CDAHFD conditions (n = 6).
