To identify its interacting partners in mouse oocytes, we performed immunoprecipitation (IP) followed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). This dataset contains the raw MS data and identified proteins from IP-MS experiments, providing a resource for understanding the molecular mechanisms of NIPBL during oocyte meiosis. |
