PXD074968 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitlePseudomonas putida KT2440 FEM proteomics
DescriptionProteomics on P. putida grown on fungal exudate mimic (FEM) and phytate: 12 cell pellets and 3 supernatants. Cell pellets are from 4 time points (3, 5, 8, 24h) x 3 reps. Supernatant/growth solution 0.5x FEM+ 300 um phytate, 24hr x 3 reps. P. putida cultures were spun to obtain pellets and supernatants. Cell pellets were washed and supernatant was lyophilized. Proteins were extracted using a chloroform:methanol extraction, reconstituted, diluted to 5 mM, and digested with trypsin. Digested proteins were cleaned up using solid phase extraction. Data was searched with DIA-NN using PNNL's DMS Processing pipeline.
