PXD074745 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleCandida auris injected into mice intraperitoneally and re-isolated after 2hrs followed by label-free quantitative proteomics.
DescriptionThe aim of this study was to elucidate the pathogenic mechanism of C. auris during its early phase interaction in-vivo. To this end, we used a quantitative proteomics approach to determine the virulence factors modulating C. auris host-pathogen interaction. We utilized an experimental setup, utilizing an in-vivo infection model by injecting mice with candida intraperitoneally followed by re-isolation of fungal cells. We applied a LFQ proteomics strategy to characterize the virulence repertoire of C. auris.
