Dataset Summary
| Title | Alkyne-probe pull-down in HEK293T cells Benzoxaborole |
| Description | HEK293T cells were treated with alkyne-probe or DMSO for 30 min, lysed and conjugated with biotin-PEG4-picolyl-azide. Biotinylated proteins were pulled down with streptavidin agarose. After the pulldown, the streptavidin agarose beads were treated with trypsin, and the tryptic peptides were labelled with TMT10 and analyzed by tandem mass spectrometry. DMSO = Reporter 1, alkyne-probe = Reporter 2-10. Two injections: Y20220802-03 (MS2) and Y20220802-05 (RTS). |
