Dataset Summary
TitleMedak_SemaglutideGLP1_TIMSTOFPRO2
DescriptionThis dataset consists of 54 raw MS files, acquired on a timsTOF Pro 2 operated in Data Independent Acquisition mode. Samples were generated by Kyle Medak. Sample processing and mass spectrometry acquisition was performed by Bhavisha Rathod. Analysis was performed by Kyle Medak, Maria Gonzalez-Rellan, and Bhavisha Rathod. The files are associated with a manuscript submitted for publication by Kyle Medak et al. The main goal of this dataset was to examine differences in tissue proteome between Glp1rVSM+/+ and Glp1rVSM-/- mice Daniel Drucker (drucker@lunenfeld.ca) is the corresponding author of the manuscript; Karen Colwill should be contacted for questions on this dataset (colwill@lunenfeld.ca)
