PXD074586 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Organ-Specific Proteomic Responses to Tetrodotoxin Administration in the Liver and Skin of Takifugu rubripes |
| Description | TTX was administered intramuscularly to 8-month-old tiger pufferfish, and their livers and skin were collected 24 hours later. This is the mass spectrum and result obtained during proteomic analysis of those livers and skins. liver OE_250220_FH_YS1_1~OE_250220_FH_YS1_5: Control group OE_250220_FH_YS1_6~OE_250220_FH_YS1_11: TTX administration group A total of 11 raw files were generated from Takifugu rubripes liver samples. To balance the sample size between groups (n=5 for both control and exposure), one sample (OE_250220_FH_YS1_7, TTX2) was excluded from the final statistical analysis. All raw data, including the excluded sample, are provided here for transparency. skin OE_250627_FH_YS2_1 ~ OE_250627_FH_YS2_5: Control group OE_250627_FH_YS2_6 ~ OE_250627_FH_YS2_10: TTX administration group |
